Yes, creating an account on Thrill is completely free. There are no registration fees. You only need to make a deposit if you want to play — signing up won't cost you a thing.

No. Thrill's policy allows only one account per person. If multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts may be permanently suspended.
